I know the marke is bad and these seem to be very pricey for what you actually get but I cant imagine that none of them have sold yet as they have been for sale for a while now.
My Answer:
There are no tax records until the new construction is SOLD. These are new. I am familiar with condos in the beachfront area from First Colonial to beach. These have garages and are over 2000 sq ft . The pricing is appropriate and comparable to other sales of like properties. Being NEW you are getting upgrades other resale properties may not have like granite, stainless steel appliances, wood/ceramic flooring etc. These are beautiful and the location supports the price.
