Sales in 2005 vs 2011
The numbers aren't that far off in Virginia Beach and Hampton Roads
27,588 sales in 2005 vs. 13,433 in 2011 thus far!
Sales in the fall season are usually very strong so we may see 20,000 sales this year. Hmmm who says homes aren't selling!
